unless the person that did the second logo actually has a font licence for itc avant garde (which is highly unlikely because it's expensive as fuck), the typeface might have to be changed.

just throwing that out there. the font police actually do exist and you can be slapped with a heavy fine if you don't have the proper licences to prove you didn't pirate it.

you might be able to get away with it now but I wouldn't run the risk. ultimately it boils down to, if you're making money off of or from a font, the proper licences should be available. this is especially a case when it comes to brand identities (because it's basically selling you and your profession).

So the winner even though there was a slight edge for Logo #2, is going to have be Logo #3. I revised it with some REALTORS(R) and they told me that since I am going to be selling in White Rock instead of Vancouver, I should go with a much more calming, and less edgy logo, as my clientele will be very relaxed, and most likely retired citizens. I also drove around White Rock yesterday and saw that the majority of Real Estate Logos included calming blues and greens, and very little blacks.

I want to thank everyone for submitting ideas, they were all very amazing and it was SOOOO hard to choose, I had to leave it to friends and Real Estate Professionals.

Claudia (Carrotcake94) Was the designer of the winning logo! Everyone give her a hand for the awesome design!!
