The next phase will have contest or tournament as the subtitle so I don't know. I'd think to use subtitles on all or none

I believe you could change the forum permissions to allow it. It would honestly be pretty helpful for the film and television section for changing titles from [Airing] to not having it when the show is over. I might make a suggestion for it. I'm unsure about vbulletins ability to do it on a per forum section basis though.

Its a usergroup permission thing, nothing to do with individual forums

We can change thread titles in the twig forum, I'm pretty sure.

There is also a usergroup that allows you to participate in things in that forum
