I'm assuming if a tiebreaker is used, it will be the file above the division they are in (for example d5 would have to play d6's file for tb) or would it be a new file entirely?
new file entirely is usually the case for other tournament's, assuming it's the same for this tournament.
I'm straddling the peepee water at this point, and I'm freaking out that i cant improve my score or that someone will overtake at the last minute. TOO TENSE FOR THIS
i'm not consistent enough to AAA it lol. it's not even mindblocks, i just get random goods on easy parts on one run and the next i derp more goods on other spots. to this point i don't think i've ever dropped a good on the 24th stream or 32nd rolls

I'm the same way. I've hit every section perfectly individually, but never have been able to string them all together.
Какой идиот придумал Бутерброд с дикобраза? Он хулиган и бездельник.
If I don't make it through this round (due to not being able to play enough to keep my skill up) I'm done playing until at least the next Official, possibly for good.

I'm the same way, man. It's hard to maintain consistency for a song like this. I had several 2g runs last night; one of them, I aced the 24ths, 32nds, and the ending, but dropped goods in between those parts.
I'm hoping I can improve on 2g, cuz I really don't want to be in a tiebreaker if it even comes down to it.
Master AAA's: 30 Guru AAA's: 1 Brutal+ FC's: 46 (MOST RECENT: The Bird's Midair Heatstroke) Best AAA's: OVERklock, Mario Minor, Paraclete, FFLBF, Shatterscape, Spaceman, Pitch Black, Requiem -Dies irae-, Queen of Bootlegs
I'm not going to round 5. My right wrist hurts and I'm also drunk almost every day. People who will be better than me are truly better. I'll be a fan of Shenjoku, who has managed to make much better scores that I ever imaginated. GL!

Your strengths and weaknesses may never change, but they will still get better as you do, albeit disproportionately of course. You're bad at jumpstream, so just play jumpstream files. Play them for hours. Play ones you have to struggle to SDG, and play ones hard enough to make your hands and arms burn. Then play them some more. Then, the day after the next, play them again. If you aren't already doing this, you can't say you're stuck. Plateauing doesn't really exist, if you aren't improving it means you haven't put in the effort needed to improve, or your effort has been misapplied. It's more of a problem at really high levels, but never totally concrete.
