Are decimals allowed for judge offsets? I've only used whole numbers, but I think arcnmx might have fixed that issue.

They are. I've been using 0.8 and 0.9 for the past few days after misreading it and only having it on 0.5 for the past couple months. It's been working like a charm for me, as you can see.

AA, also clean in general

rato isn't all that hard to break down pattern-wise for me...the bursts are actually not all that bad, it's the one-handed stuff that gets me all these misses (probably over half these misses are on the left arrow i bet) :s

i can actually imagine someone AAAing most of this file. The last burst is pretty wtf tho and there's a smaller 48th burst thats pretty weird to PA but other than that it's pretty manageable
