Just find it dumb that there are songs not everyone can play. And you say that, but we have Death Piano, RATO, and other songs public, so what's the difference. Just annoyed that every now and then, a token comes out that is highly exclusive.

You know a lot of rhythm games require you to unlock songs in order to play them and get increasingly difficult. Be happy FFR isn't like that.

Tokens are searchable, purchased are bought and secret has to do with credits, NONE of that is anything like that whatsoever. Skill tokens have anti-PA and all sorts of things tied to it, so again no it's not like that because you're not playing increasingly more difficult things to unlock songs. Being that you're D2 right now you'd be missing like 800+ files if FFR were like that.

Tokens are searchable, purchased are bought and secret has to do with credits, NONE of that is anything like that whatsoever. Skill tokens have anti-PA and all sorts of things tied to it, so again no it's not like that because you're not playing increasingly more difficult things to unlock songs. How is that relevant? Anti-PA is a skill. Harder than normal PA. And there are songs that require you to progress through more difficult songs to unlock more e.g. R3 (omega mix) -> All of the World -> Pylons and so forth. And introducing a token ONLY for the best of the best is doing exactly what you're talking about. Making it so you must beat all songs perfectly in order to obtain it.

Dude you're talking about a few songs vs the entire game being like that. You want the songs then get better at the game. ffs most games the better you are the bigger the reward I don't understand why you're flipping out over literally a single D7 file.

I'm not flipping. I'm merely putting forth my opinion. And it's not just me. What about D3-5. Surely they would want the song. And it's not an easy game to play, as you stated earlier. You even said you may never get it. What hope does that give others? And how do we know this won't become routine? Or happen every tourney?

You can still get the token, you still need to achieve a "requirement" to get it like the others.

The only difference is that this one is a really hard one to get. Much like the other really hard tokens.

Harder tokens I think will make people try to get it, no matter how hard of an achievement it is.

And it just so happens this one is now the hardest to get.

I doubt that every person here really cares to have every song, sorry. Most people can't even comfortably play a 94 difficulty let alone enjoy it. If the song actually affected rankings in the main game I'd see an issue, but it doesn't.

I never said everyone wanted the file. But you don't know who would or wouldn't. And you do realize the ignorance of that statement, right? "It's not hard, go in D7". That's outrageous. And how are people suppose to get better without files that hard? It gives stamina, speed, and helps read new patterns. There is, as far as I'm concerned, NO legitimate reason to put such a restriction on ANY file.

And since anyone can request to be placed in a division, provided it's not sandbagging, does that mean anyone can ask to join D7? If so, that makes the token pointless and would be better to make it a normal song. Also, I request to be moved to D7 retroactively
