Into Your Eyes plays like a 76/77 to me personally, but I didn't want to rate it that high because I'm sure barely anyone would have shared my opinion lol

It was initially going to be put in game as a 74, but AJ tweaked the frames for the white note sections to form cohesive jumps as opposed to what used to be a giant mess of staggered gallops, so we bumped it down a notch from there. I have a feeling it'll be pushed up to 75ish though. It's a really weird song to rate given the overall flow of the file, I just know it's an absolute bitch to PA compared to most songs in the 73-75 range.

It's retarded to PA to me because the patterns are just random... No real flow to it... Which is Ewww.. I'd rather play songs I hate then this. Long and Boring aren't my style. If it was long and Fast would be a different story. Just too many gaps and my ADHD can't keep up.

Also Into your eyes is a little forced but is not THAT bad in retrospect to what he COULD have done. It's a pretty rounded chart tbh and as in typical Aj style it makes a good amount of sense so it's easy to pick up. The worst part is the unreasonably of those rolls with the hand or quad (Can't remember which it was) but if that's all there is to complain at, it's pretty good in retrospect. There was certainly much worse.

yeah, i'd agree, it isn't that bad of a song, just has some pretty nasty bursty stuff. Especially that part around 35% in where goes from white notes into jumps into roll ending in hand... arg

I honestly find that as stepfile is really fine, but it's horrible for scoring. As 8HW has pointed out, patterns have no flow and it drags for too fucking long. A lot of easy streaming and then you have some horrible and sudden bursts which break up completely from the rest of the file. Basically it feels like 4.30 minutes of filler and 30 seconds of retarded mashing. I would at least have cut it.

I can't even get close to the scores I see on the scoreboard.

this...even sdg's alone are surprising on this for D5 for me. Getting a blackflag though...I'm at a loss for words ;~;

Has anyone noticed how stupidly close D6 is, PA wise? 4th place is 5-0-0-1 and 15th place is 6-0-4-3. At this point pretty much anything could happen, since so many people have the theoretical potential to get a really good score.

Back from bowling, not playing any today to give my hands rest.
Will begin playing tomorrow and Tuesday if needed, as I believe that EVERYONE below the cutoff is capable of supping my score.

I think I have officially reserved myself to 16th place -.-
I just tried to play into your eyes several times and I don't even get past the second white burst above elimination. (like 1/6 in)
Haven't been able to really play since I hurt my wrist at work when I got my insanely good offline run (1-0-0-3)
It was nice to skill boost from D1 pretty much straight to mid D4 in a month
Had a lot of fun, and good luck to everyone that's left in the tourney, but yeah I've hit a wall
