Raw scoring yeah, but I'd treat 9-0-0-5 as an SDG since FFR's hilarious combo scoring system equates 1 good to 13.75 boos or something funny like that.

Yeah, that's what it comes out as. You could also express it as 0.8 goods = 11 boos.

Of course, then we get into the question of really weird shit like 7-2-0-3 (my current best on Scythe of 13, incidentally). I say the person who got the scoring can call it whatever they want, as it doesn't really hurt anybody.
