FFR Suggestions

Pros:
- Most files in the 90+ range are really unfun to play in general and terrible for scoring from FFR's current file selection. This removes files like Husigi, WWE, Crowdpleaser, RATO, Revolutionary Etude, and so on.
- Encourages less mashing and better file quality for 1-89, since those are the ones that would matter most with the removal of 90+ from avrank calculations.
- No need to make a lot of tokens. Metro for instance was intended to be a token from its difficulty.

Cons:
- My DP 8-0-0-1, Revolutionary Etude AAA and RATO 23-1-0-3 don't mean anything. Oh wait, nobody gives a shit about those files.
