Replacements always get free passes that basically allow them to be a day late and not very useful to town a lot of time. Town benefis more from the flip then they do from a player who did not initially want to sign go around and say "still rereading guys" for an entire phase or two

(Although this game is pretty short to read, I will admit it likely wouldn't be as bad as I've seen on the past. Rule of thumb though I rather see the flip)
