Having checked back, Shado was the one who provoked Raeko into the fight, which is not something I think a wolf does, why create that situation in the first place?

I don't think it was just Shado but for the sake of argument let's say it was 100% Shado.

Why do you think wolves can't be aggressive? I've seen it happen before.
