I've seen this a number of times from a number of players so far. It's passive over active scumhunting, reactionary over proactive...it's how I feel scum tends to play. As far as rzr specifically goes, I don't like how he keeps saying "If you have any questions or comments or concerns let me know" yet completely glossed over my earlier suspicions/ruminations about him.
