Photoshop is back up again for me but it's acting all weird
  gold / megamon, i've been wondering forever: how did you put the black borders around the siggies? I know how to make a border but when I make it 1px (the lowest setting) it's larger than what it's supposed to be. I'm getting really confused, maybe someone could help me out? |
