School Project: SOme Graphics Needed

Ok. I am willing to pay 200,000 or more credits for a nice version of this. I will try to be as specific as I can. If you have any additional questions or would like me to work with you step by step, I will be on AIM all afternoon (fm54ffr) from 4 to 11 PM EST. I need this FAST so please get back to me ASAP. Here are some of the specifications.

It is an advertisement supposed to be set back in time and convince people to move west during the early American westward movement. It should be 700 by 900 in size. I want it to have a classic western type look. The border should be sinmilar to the style of font. Here is the exact font I want. I also want an image in the middle. It needs to be something that relates to westward travel, such as this. It can be this exact picture, but doesn't have to be.

Now, have some of the area below the picture just a textured background and have these exact words on it in a font that is easy to read and matches.

At the top (Header):

Westward Travel
On the Santa Fe Trail

Have this centered in the aforementioned font and at the top. DO NOT overlap this with the picture. It should be over the aged paper textured background.

In the middle (Picture):

This is where the picture should be. I would prefer no text be overlapping the picture if possible.

At the bottom (Main Text):

Grab the children and pack up your wagon because it is time for you to take a trip out west. Just settle on some land and it is all yours for nearly free. The land is beautiful and plentiful and a nice piece of it is just waiting for you.

^No details on font. Just make it look good. Preferably something more realistic, but it is up to you. Just have it at the bottom under the picture and have it form a narrower column of text than it does here.
