O.o how did you know he was tyler... If he was tyler he'd have told me... also, he sounds like he genuinely doesn't know who tyler is.
If it's an IP match, then I guess he is him. But, if you're just going on personal guesses, don't. If it IS tyler though I don't disagree with the banning one bit.
