Paint Print Screen

This is probably the wrong place to post this, but I thought that it would get more attention in Chit Chat. I need to know how I can use the print screen button to get a pic of an FFR song that I'm good at. You know, the stats page. I'm in a tourney tonight and I'm going to need to do this. Also, I know that people have uploaded these pictures on their profiles. I need someone to tell me how to skew it so it would be the right size to fit on your profile. I am not a member at imageshack or photobucket and don't plan on becoming one. I know that as soon as you upload a picture it comes with a forum code. I need to know ASAP. Thank you.
