Help on Trills and Jackhammers

Okay, so I've been getting a lot better at FFR lately, I've switched to spread, started screenshrinking, and am getting around 200 combos on songs like Delirium and CIA Rave. I think I would keep getting better at these kind of songs and eventually get really good, but I can't move my fingers fast enough in some songs. Trills and Jackhammers are the hardest thing. For instance, I can FC the stream part of Stalled Out and Sushi Bars! easily but I can't always get the jackhammers. The same for trills in other songs. Can you please give me hints on how to practice moving my hands faster, or songs that will help me improve. Oh and btw I can move my right hand faster then my left and that's a problem too.
