pregnancy help...

Ok so I'm in middle school and one of my good friends just got pregnant from a guy 4 years older than she is and who she hardly knows and he is probly going to juvie.She's been going through a tough time and all and a lot of her best girl friends have been talking **** about her and stuff.I'm almost positive that the guy that impregnated her will not help out or anything and will just ditch her. I'm sure if I tell my parents about it they won't let me hang out with her anymore but she's so misserable I can't help but try and cheer her up. I'm probably her best guy friend and I don't know if I should step up to help or just lay back and let things take it's course without getting in the way and without screwing up my own life.

I know it's retarted and stuff and if you guys don't care just delete this just I'm a little confused right now.
