Default Re: Playing DDR without paying.

So you guys know... Nestle owns an arcade. I would take what he says as fact.

Apart from that... not paying for you games IS stealing. and it CAN lead not only to them removing certain games, but to them shutting down completely. In the 4 malls within 30 minutes from me, there is not a single arcade. Why? Cause they can't make any money. I don't know why that is, but I'm sure people not paying for games is a factor. Closest DDR machine to me is about 30 minutes away. And that is the only one. No ITG, no PUI, no Drummania, no anything else. NADA. Just 1 DDR Machine 30 minutes away.

You little punks should be glad you even have a local arcade to go to at all, cause I lost mine about 6 or 7 years ago. Used to go there all the time. It was a small place... wouldn't ever have had a DDR machine... but that isn't the point. The point is it was in a great location in a busy mall, yet still went out of business.

Moral of the story: Stop thinking about what is best for yourself at that moment. It hurts the business, which in turn WILL hurt you.
