Kayla, if you submit, you're still going to get credits at the end :/ no reason to quit a tourney you're going to win credits for no matter where you place. That goes for everyone to be honest.

She had a massive lead in the tournament that's pretty much gonna get ripped away from her because of this "blue-note songs" theme.

Using Legacy songs in a tournament is kinda messed up.

I had to bust my ass to keep up and move ahead in this tourney and now I'm going to get screwed on this round and probably end up last not even worth it for me to play. My RECENT best on this is 31/4/0/15

I can't do songs with backgrounds at all which is why a ton of 6s aren't aaad for me because I can't do it. It gives me a massive headache to try. I'm not going to put myself through that to try to get a score for a tourney on ffr it's not worth it so go ahead and say quitters suck I really don't care I'm not going to hurt myself trying.

And so what if the Legacy genre was used. The tournament is all about fun, as Jae as emphasized frequently. So what if one round is more difficult than others, does that mean everyone just quits? It's disrespectful towards Jae and he doesn't deserve it. He had an idea and it's his tournament.

1 song in this tournament will murder her score - her recent best is 31g-4a-0-15b, and she has less than a 1g average - on a 7th round with that kind of score, she's going to drop from 0.8 to over 7 goods. With a drop like that, I wouldn't want to keep going either, especially after getting two really good AAAs.

I know these songs suck, but why quit a tourney you get credit for just trying?

That's like getting offered halfcredit on a test for trying a hard test and saying, "No I'd rather get a zero, cause I won't get the highest grade in the class anyways."

Might as well just return all the donations and call this off. Seems that no-one else sees the idea of a consitency based tournament vs. retarded round by round skill jumps and sandbaggers.

Everyone that submits for every round gets a prize. Not handing in a score is the only way to get eliminated...



Edit: If people aren't going to submit, just say so and leave it at that. Not having this turn into a debate about a tournament when there was warnings about themed rounds.

Some people didn't like the long songs, they did it anyways.
I'm not liking the scores that i'm getting on RAT while sara pumps out a 3-clean.

No reason to give up.

Hey, D5 got Aim Anthem which is a pretty biased song choice for a tourn, but we had to deal with it. Its a tourn, you're not going to like every song choice, you just need to buck up and deal with it. No need to quit over it.

Okay seriously have you all just ignored that I've said twice now that I can't do it because backgrounds give me headaches? Look at my lvl ranks all the 6s and whatnot with backgrounds I don't have because I can't do it without feeling like crap the rest of the day. Maybe you guys are willing to give yourselves headaches or whatever but I'm not especially when I'm trying to stay away from medications as much as possible right now.

Sorry that it's such a big deal that I wanna drop.
