re mechanics: if phantoms are turned on later (likely through GAMESHOW), will non-voting on days like this count? I mean if nothing else there were 72 entire hours to vote. Voting inactives now is presumably mechanically advantageous to avoid losing out on a lynch due to a .0X vote later on.
