I deeply apologize everyone for my delay and I will explain later of why I'm so late.

Will edit in the vote count but will announce the death and give time accordingly to night phase to keep 48/24 going.

Clownpiece (3) - Tokzic, Charu, Storn42
Red Blaster (2) - DBP, Clownpiece
roundbox (2) - Xelnya, Plop
XelNya (1) - 27ninjabunnies
Mashi (1) - thesunfan
thesunfan (1) - Roundbox

This is correct.

Lastly, I had to drive a pick up a drunk friend who got pulled over and yadda yadda took a long time to get there and I was 30 minutes late because of that. I once again deeply apologize for the inconvenience and it won't happen next or the other phases.

WARNING - this post is intended to be a glimpse into the stream of consiousness that is yoshl for about 45 minutes ago, for 30 minutes, then a little break before coming back to address sunfan again

--------------------------------------------

because i'm the laziest fucker, i refuse to read jack shit

(awoo)

however, from what i've skimmed

backpank - yo son i hope to see you do things today
red balster - always a wolf
rzr - townie lean, actually saying things rather than feigning a drunken stupor every fucking day
storn - i don't even care
tokzic - ayyy
plopadop - suspicious for no reason other than plop is suspicious
straightbarrel - ?????
clownpiece - he was doing very similar things to his first game and you should all be ashamed of yourselves (avatar changed to reflect condolences)
xelnya - he's cool rn
sunafvn - top wolf right now because of hider shit. there's no fucking cardflips to confirm hider, and multiple deaths during the night can't exactly be highlighted either, unless there's 3 kills in one night which signifies a vigi, hider, and mafia kill. no cardflips makes this setup stupid and your attempt to game the game is stupid. idk why no-one didnn't immediately jump on sunfan's shit he should know better
charu - unreadable
mashi - too cute to read
bunnies - i'll have you know that bunnies need to stick together

final votecount was
Clownpiece (3) - Tokzic, Charu, Storn42
Red Blaster (2) - DBP, Clownpiece
roundbox (2) - Xelnya, Plop
XelNya (1) - 27ninjabunnies
Mashi (1) - thesunfan
thesunfan (1) - Roundbox

from this alone, xelnya is top town, roundbox is actually a close second. dbp and clownpiece are right up there too though because red bladster is a shit and didn't even vote and him and rzr and charu and mashi should all get phantoms for being fuckers

wolfteam conceivably is mashi, sunfan, red balster or something

this also assumes that i'm reading clownpiece correctly in that he was a townie.

i'm posting this as soon as day starts regardless of kills

----------------zenith informs me that i'm replacing mashers-----------------------

so i wrote that before i saw i was replacing mashi, and that puts shit into perspective - i decided to actually leave the upper part up because #flow of logic

i was assuming that sunfan was pulling a very early and safe bus on mashi because with his hider shennanigans, i was assuming that he was a role that would benefit knowing if there was a hider or like, a vigi as well, due to the unknown flavor kills that i'm assuming is going to happen

anyways, given that mashi is human (and by extension i am as well), the bussing falls apart, and i think sundfan is ok right now? I don't see him as a wolf voting for mashi this early over vontributing to one of the main wagons - given that red balster, round, and clown all had a very close amount of votes, i'd hazard a guess in saying that there's a half decent probability of there being a wolf in those 3, and again I don't think it's clownpiece. In any case, given that logic, assuming that there's a wolf in there, a wolf sunfan wouldn't have his vote randomly on mashi over one of the main wagons to preserve his wolf buddy safety

and looking at like the last page of posts, i like roundbox, so that yuudachi leaves just red balster as the potential "wolf" in that group.

so red balster is the first wolf in my books, looking down at the roster, next likely targets would be charu, lapine (because idk anything about her) and poopadoop

because replacing in sucks and 900 posts is not something that i want to slog through, although plop's exposition in page like 6 was A+, you should totally link your last reads list y ou made, or put up a fresh one. I'm guessing that there'll be a decent amount of talk to go on today.

------mechanics musings--------\
one player gets to choose whether they're a tracker or vigilante, and i'm interested to think which will be more useful.
I would hazard a guess that the player would go with the vigi (as my first thought) because the uselessness of a tracker, having a track result, is kinda overwhelming
however, realizing that the hider dies if they hide behind the vigi, there may be more merits to picking up the tracker. Plus, the hider has a tougher time finding a target.
Given that the vigi selects a non-mafia/non-hider, and the mafia select a different person from the same pool, night 1 with 12 people alive, that makes the hider have a 1/2 chance of dying night one, which is more than enough reason to just not hide at all, unless you think that you're going to be a target for a nightkill, and a nightkill only. being hit by the detective/tracker as the hider doesn't do any harm for you.
Without the vigi, there's a 4/12 chance (1/3) of dying when hiding, which i still think is a poopy chance, and still hider would only hide if they really think they need to.

With the tracker, you either track no-one, one of the 2 mafia goons (assuming 3 are alive still) that didn't send a kill, or a hider (if they hide behind anything other than a detective/psyc)
you do have a mafia goon, or a detective/psychologist to get tracking results from, and if you do, there's the ability to think to yourself, why do i think they tracked that person? Of course, if you tracked someone and got a result, and their target didn't die, you either hit a mafia targetting the hider, or a detective/psyc targetting literally anyone. (it's more likely to be the detective/psyc, but there's no ruling out other possibilities). I think in the long run, tracker becomes pretty damn useful

lol i just also realized that the vigi is a full vigi not just a 1 shot vigi ok that becomes really funny, i almost 100% expect to see a shot come out every single fucking night if this is the case lol

anyways
detective vs. psychologist

i think sunfan and boxrund were debating this earlier, but it's like, late game vs. early game
psych night 1 has a 2/12 (1/6) shot of hitting one of the 2 mafia goons that didn't send in the kill.
detective is has a 1/12 to hit night 1, then increases in chance as the game goes on
however, the interaction with the vigi is also interesting, hopefully the vigi actually shot so that psych doesn't ahve to worry about it
on the other side, with the detective, if we see like, 3 kills, which means hider is also dead, vigi claims one of the kills or something idk if that will work i would have to think about this more.
Hopefully hider wasn't a fucker and didn't hide night 1, but we can't verify this at all welp

oh shit maybe sunfan realized the odds and wanted the hider to hide, that fucking sun of a fan

idk this post is probably becoming really fucking long and jumbled but ty for taking your time and reading this hopefully it makes up for the fact that i couldn't flood the thread with an additional 300 posts d1 railing on about how red blaster is a shitty wolf player and should have died d1

------

after sitting on thoughts for a little bit, i can actually see how sunfan's hider thing would help in the event of the hider's death that's really clever actually, so disregard much of what i say about tsun-tsun i guess. i'll write a bunch more words to process the nightkill and stuff
