As a general notice, I'm putting in a cap on the total number of beginner members on the team. We'll only be allowing 10 at any time. It was discussed and agreed on by myself, norsegod, and kjwkjw. (Sorry if this is a surprise to you, AirWave, though I doubt you are against the rule. If we get majority votes like this, we're just going to implement any ideas/rules. If you want to be a part of the discussion on any ideas, make sure to visit the Team Blue private forum more often.)

Yeah, the Team Blue forum isn't as active because not many people on the team use it, unfortunately. I'm considering running a team event there just to make people more familiar with all of it.
