I'm keeping an eye out for him on AIM, haha. At the latest, I'm sure this idea will be picking up when Summer starts. I wouldn't worry about it dying. If Scottish doesn't get to it by Summer (or sooner, if people can't wait that long), then we just can find someone else to organize it.

Locked for now, since as people have noted, this isn't going anywhere, and further posting will just be circling the wagons. It Scottish comes back, or someone with a similar degree of experience, authority and forum respect wants to take over, we'll see what we can do.
