hi i want to make a stepmania and i downloaded the program but how do i start it??

ok i started it and i want to make song but when i press teh button it just plays the song and i can't make the arrows wat do i do help plz??!

ok nvm i found the ctrl+r thingy. now i just use 1-4 numbers to make arrows right?
