I only play spread... I don't know what it is about the file...I can FC it now hardly any problem, and I can read it and keep up with it, but for some reason my PA on it is just crap. Still trying to figure that one out. Don't have any idea what I'm doing wrong, because the background makes it impossible to tell.

Your PA is likely a result of the way it converted. Before Synth had perfected his conversion system, the engine couldn't handle charts with many rapid-fire notes. What it would do instead, then, is randomly clump certain sections together -- so you have parts of FotBB which are trilled slightly faster than the rest of the song. As a result, it's much easier in Stepmania and much harder in FFR. Minute Waltz and Caprice also suffered this same fate.
