Not going to lie, I'm pretty fearful of every animal posted here. Especially that leather turtle, holy shit.

The idea of a tapeworm living inside of you is horrifying to me.

Re: It's time for a creepy animals thread
Probably one of the creepiest animals are parasites that live inside you, so I'll just post a bit more of them:
Quote:
And to further creep you out, there's these fucks: These are eye worms that penetrate the inside of your eye and live there. You might be thinking oh well thank goodness that's in a frog's eye. Can't possibly happen to humans, right? Right?! Now the following bitches are probably even creepier to look at. They're called Leucochloridium Paradoxum and are hatched inside birds. These birds poop them out every once in a while and they just chill in the poop for a while. They have to reproduce though and to do that they have to get back inside the bird to lay their eggs there. But how do you get back inside a bird again if you were just chilling in their poop? Easy, you wait till a snail comes by and try to attract the birds! How do they attract the birds? Like this:

Re: It's time for a creepy animals thread
cicadas creep a lot of people out, i think they're beautiful right before they shed, when they cling to a leaf or branch and begin to seemingly meditate
