I selected songs that today, people think are good. Today, good files are layered files. I might add another 20 songs or something, some of the better old files. I don't know which ones though.

Judge 4 and Life 4, the default game settings. I don't know why you would play any higher.

If I dont play at least Life 6, then my DDR skills at the arcade go FLUSH! But since I suck at anything 12 or higher, then I'm going default.

If you want me to get SMO then tell me so I can download it and make sure it works

You don't have to get SMO for this, unless I missed something.

Also, you can play on higher life difficulty if you want. There's just really no reason to, as it's an unnecessary handicap.

I'm keeping signups open for one week. The first round song will be chosen at midnight (central time) next Wednesday. (technically Thursday at the time, whatever)

Since I got knocked out 17th round in Glove's tournament (thanks Blade you ****er lol) I'm all up for this. And this is good that's is 48 hours instead of 24, a song a day just seemed a bit much.

ps I already won the prize lol

pss ffr is .01% better now

this thing better be better than the dickbashing SM contest, I swear that's probably one of the most asinine things I've heard anyone suggest on the FFR forums

oh and I liked glove's scoring system better, tons of points for marvs = yay

I got knocked out 17th round, you got knocked out 18th rofl. Funny, because I predicted that I'd lose on round 17 back in round 3 or something.

I liked Glove's scoring system too but I didn't want to use the same thing he did.

Calculate the DP like this:
marv: 1000, perf: 5, great: 4, good: 3, CB's: 0, OK: 100, NG: 0...

The current way, marvs are worth so much, and my MA is so bad, that I shouldn't even bother. I wouldn't want to anyway, though, so don't bother trying to get me to. I think it should be more like:
marv:10
perfect:9
great:5
good:0
boo:-20
miss:-40
ok:2
ng:-8
