But all I want to really express are just two points:

•Don't feel pressure into overspending, you don't have to prove your love to your love ones every holiday season

•Don't feel bad if your love ones don't do shit for you this holiday because they probably just can't. Let people opt out without pressure

The intention is a little less take down capitalism or whatever and more "Put yourself first" at the very least. EDIT: this isn't to imply I'm suddenly not angry at the pressure corporate America and society at large likes to dump on people, tho.

Of course people should be self aware of their financials and be smart with their spending and know when to say 'no', but if you can responsibly spend and spread the holiday cheer, I'm all for that!!

This is my absolute favorite time of the year, and nothing brings me more happiness than making my home festive and bringing that cheer to others.♥♥
