hotels are usually 150-200$ a night, flight from where you are prob 400 (maybe less nowadays), food depends on your tastes but 100$ will get you through the weekend if you're good.

So 1,200$ should be good? I think I can do this, provided I do some trickery at the bank. It'd be nice to hang out with people I know instead of acquaintances of family members that would rather not know said family member.

If I go, I'm so totally gonna do stand up and embarrass myself.

You'll save money if you can split a room with someone I most of the time manage to keep it under $600 CAD
edit: if you're an otaku though 1200 should be good.

Quebec Team is down to let anyone crash in our rooms, we have 2 for 7 ppl right now. My opinion was that if you wanna stay like 1 night it'd be free, more than that it'd be nice to split costs. We usually have 1-2 stepmania/fiffer setups in our room (when our laptops arent in game room ofc).

So yeah, let us know in advance if interested so we can plan things a bit (if necessary). In any case we can figure things out at AN too lol.

EDIT: For anyone who doesn't know, QC Team this year is: Sven (Hateandhatred), Felix (MarioNintendo), Martin (Sanzath), Haku (Hakulyte), Keith (Evascythe), Fred (Martin's friend) and myself. We're at the Westin from thrusday night till sunday (leaving on sunday PM/evening)

didn't buy a badge but will probably drive up to fuck around in the general vicinity...there's a small chance my family might be gone that weekend, if so potential party at my house sunday???????? (chances pretty slim though so in all likelihood probably not)
