I super never learned to actually backflip, including trampoline and diving board, BUT it was mega e-z on one of those cheater trampoline-with-harness things. actually, what are those called, time to google this.

I had a major surgery a couple years ago when I cut my leg with a chainsaw. They had to connect my tendons above my knee back together.
