Rap music is music. However, It's not in the traditional sense of how we understand music. The vocals are filled with slangs that gangs used since the 70s and a lot of the instrumentations are replaced with "Street Sounds" instead of traditional instruments. Music is defined as any combination of sounds that is pleasing to the ear, so while one person may find it as "noise" another person can find it pleasing to the ear and so call "vibe" with it as how I think the kids would say it these days.
Have to work so hard to get that extra few hundred points on current file to get out of this round safely... currently in last spot, havent been able to raise score these last two days. Next file looks like something I'll be able to score SO much better on... if I can get there. ;~;
Edit: note that I will probably not get into the round of 16 on the next file, but I will still be a lot better at it.
Dude I feel you. I was sitting at the cuttoff spot for a couple days at the beginning. I just took a day off after just spamming the file. Finally got a solid run after the break.
Oh man after seeing the next D6 song I know for sure it's gonna be the round to kick me out lol. That entire preview was 90% full of stuff I'm weak at on top of already being super rusty and not able to get back to my old skill level. Hopefully D6 scores won't be so tense this time though. Probably predict myself getting like 40+ goods next round.
Definetly looking foward to playing D1-D5 songs. I recognized the D4s song, Praystation, from the rhythm game app VOEZ so that'll be interesting to play. VOEZ has a lot of cool songs on it that I think would make fun stepfiles to play (the game is fun too).
