Yes. If a forming team doesn't get a full roster but it's at least partially filled (say, 4 or so members) I'll fill in what I can from the Free Members first. Be warned that if there isn't an available person in the positions a team is missing, I can't really do anything for that team and it has to be disbanded. Rest assured I will do everything I can to combine teams/fill in roster spots to get as many teams as possible for this event!

I'm not mad at you for wanting to make a team, it's just the way you definitively decided on a team without their permissions first that irked me. I'm sure if you asked your "dream team" to join you several of them wouldn't mind teaming up.
