If something like DDD or CCCC was rolled, would it be possible that both roles rolled onto the same person? And if so, would they know? (ex. J-rodd gets rolled both of the doctor rolls).

XelNya, we have to prioritise killing the Mafia first. If you kill a Human or we mislynch, we put ourselves in a bad spot, so don't go for the mistake of lynching or wolfing me or anyone you suspect is Human as some ploy, otherwise you ensure our mutual loss.

Because outing your Role is your only chance of victory at this point. If we lynched you, Mafia would have won. At least now, we'll in all likelihood hit a Mafia or Traitor and the game will continue.
