    PM'd you a link to the dll file. You literally just need to paste it into the Program folder.

                download the file, go to where it was downloaded to, right click it, copy, go to the programs folder in stepmania, right click an open area in the folder, paste.

                                                    I looked around, found a solution that showed what I used to have to do, it looked correct, tried it, didn't work, couldn't figure out an alternative.
