Re: 2nd Official FFR StepCon!
it wouldn't have been hard to mention the 10 day deadline, instead of leaving everyone to kinda blindly wait for some apparently arbitrary time for notes to be due
that's something about host/competitor communication lolComment

Re: 2nd Official FFR StepCon!
it was mentioned a couple times earlier in the thread, albeit in pretty easy to look over posts.
Probs could've been edited into OP but it was definitely not totally leaving everyone in the dark.Oh fuck. Okay since I missed up, I will give you two options:
- You can be moved to group D
- You can step group E's song (i'll give you a one week extension, and i'll give your file to the judges later (judges will be judging over 10 days, so they will receive it in the last 3 days of their judging)
Choice is yours. I can't believe I fucked that up I am so sorry.
EDIT: Turn on ability for PM's so this shit doesn't happen again :P hahaLast edited by MyNameIsNothing; 09-4-2014, 02:13 PM.Comment

Re: 2nd Official FFR StepCon!
Well...
This was the problem I was obviously implying.
And this was the solution to the problem.
Thank you. PS if it wasnt obvious and hadnt been solved, I would have kept complaining, I didnt.Last edited by xXOpkillerXx; 09-4-2014, 03:16 PM.Comment

Re: 2nd Official FFR StepCon!

Originally posted by ilikexdYour strengths and weaknesses may never change, but they will still get better as you do, albeit disproportionately of course. You're bad at jumpstream, so just play jumpstream files. Play them for hours. Play ones you have to struggle to SDG, and play ones hard enough to make your hands and arms burn. Then play them some more. Then, the day after the next, play them again. If you aren't already doing this, you can't say you're stuck. Plateauing doesn't really exist, if you aren't improving it means you haven't put in the effort needed to improve, or your effort has been misapplied. It's more of a problem at really high levels, but never totally concrete.Comment
