                It is worded wrong. Pretty much each judge participating in this tournament will not judge their own group. Judges can absolutely participate. (AKA What Halogen is doing)

                                Also, in response to Deidara from the front page comments as well as many other people who have asked, I will stream a session on how to start with the absolute basics of stepping.

                                I'll explain how to get Stepmania and set it up for basic stepping in the SM editor.
                                Then I'll cover how to get DDReam, a brief tutorial on what DDReam can do and how to set it up, and then maybe some techniques for beginners such as getting the proper BPM and gap, file management (wtf is a .dsx file, that kind of thing) and some stepping basics that people don't usually cover. For example, how to effectively test your files, saving constant BPM files in DDReam so you don't have BPM artifacts, etc.

                                Might do that tonight, actually, so stay tuned.
