people don't play stepmania to enjoy a file, they play stepmania to get scores
and then they post said scores and no one comments on them because everybody else is too busy posting scores

take a look at sm scores right now, for the last however long you'll find the following:
5+ people post scores
one person comes in and says "wow everyone's getting good"
that person posts scores
rinse and repeat

you'd get more submissions if you started a dump chancellor's pack

there are a lot of people who play files just because they're fun, and obviously they're not going to post in the brag board for stuff like that

I play stepmania to enjoy files but get pissed off when I can't play them

so what are we naming this pack

don't make me add forums to redfraction and make it RFpack 2 because I bought the domain two months ago and haven't touched it yet
