My friend back home went to Future Shop after work and they were already sold out.

He then went to Best Buy and learned that some of the guys closer to the front of the line had been standing there for two hours already.

Went and got some free Battlefield 4 today yeaaaaaaaaaaaaayuh

also all the future shop's & best buy's are doing it differently. My brother and his friend set out to a future shop nearby, and I went to a couple different ones further away by car.

The first best buy I went to were honoring the deal but they wanted $10 + the game for the free game & you needed address info.

The first future shop honored the deal the way it was meant to be, but they were sold out completely.

The third one wanted the retail sale amount of the game to be put towards the purchase of another game in the store to obtain the free copy.

I'd recommend being best prepared for all scenarios, take as much ID as you can with you in purchasing the game, print out copies of the forum thread where the Senior Manager describes the actual sale properties, and bring some form of address so they can identify that you're in different households if you're going with a friend.

Have fun playing online. Most games that are hacked using emulator/Rom or ISO and/or burn disk will not allow you to play online unless you have the right online key.

Apparently there was a lineup of 600 people at my local Future Shop. By the time I'd got there, they were already sold out.
