Most of the lower half of the difficulty spectrum (45 and under) is going to receive a complete overhaul sometime in the near future. I feel as though most songs in the Standard/Tricky/Difficult ranges are all over the place. In The Clouds is a low 7 (constant 120bpm streaming knocks it above Tricky territory for sure), and I believe 7s extend all the way up to 35 starting from 26 or so. It could probably be a few points lower, but just know that a reworking of that entire lower end is coming soon to make difficulty placements much easier and for more accurate ratings to be reflected.

Best file of the week goes to Arsonist for me, although I'm having issues getting the score I want because I can't decide whether or not I want to swing or not (lol FFR timing).

Snow was really good too, I just wish the file lasted a little longer, haha. The color tricks for the subtle buzzes were a great touch and actually added a little bit of difficulty for reading.

Introduction was also really well done -- color tricks were nicely done.

Neurotoxin is alright but the pattern choices get a bit monotonous (I think I've had enough hitting U/R on snares today, ty ).

In The Clouds was pretty good for an easy file, albeit a bit overrated at 29. The PR is noticeable, which is always nice for a lower level file.

Resistance 4 didn't click with me when I judged it in the batch a while back, and my thoughts are somewhat the same, at least for the first half. It just feels awkward/overlayered to me, and the patterns feel really repetitive -- there was a particular section where [12] and [34] (combined with some anchors) were used over and over again and I was just waiting to get past that particular section. I don't remember if I had any notes for the second half, but the second half was really neat minus that one short white burst that absolutely mutilated me.

Ok got home, time to give my thoughts!

Best file by far was resistance 4, so good, unique, fun, just amazing file i love u anaru.

neurotoxin/snow/introduction were all really good as well great stuff.

into the clouds was nice for an easy file.

least favourite by far was arsonist. jeez could this feel any more awkward? normally i absolutely love swing files but to me this didn't flow and just was a rare misstep by kommi imo. might even go so far as to saying i hate this file sorry im gonna be a bitch right now

I'll do it swing for real, though. Also, is it odd that I got nearly 10:1 on Neurotoxin? I felt like I was hitting like garbage.

during the part of the file where there weren't hands & quads everywhere, there were either jacks (which I despise) or blatant (12) or (34) spam.

These are my thoughts as I viewed this file.

The hand usage is shit. Literal shit. They go to nothing in particular and are there for difficulty.

The graces are placed wrong in spots.

The quad has no purpose. It emphasizes no sound worth emphasizing. Anyone with the intelligence to breathe could figure that out.

I saw two 12th notes that are blatantly off sync.

Pattern variation is so limited it hurts.

A cut could have been made @ 1,500 notes in to save us from further stupidity. The song as a whole is boring so hell even cutting it sooner would be better. That just happens to be the nicest place.

If this is the new standard of quality, I could take a dump take a picture of it and submit it and it'd be a better step chart than this filth.

Arsonist - Havent played through yet because the 64th swing shit is annoying, so I quit out.

In the Clouds - Nice easy chart, not much to say.

Introduction - Pretty solid first chart, nice job. Some parts were iffy, but nothing that makes the file not worth playing.

Neurotoxin - Started off pretty decent, then those 32nds and other shit were a complete turn off and made the chart bleh.

Resistance 4 - Wasnt really a fan of this one. Song wasnt that bad, but nothing amazing. Chart was ok for the first half, could have been cut when the 32nds stepped to the flutes kicked in. Didnt really seem needed, felt like they were there just to spice of the difficulty a tad. Would have been better to cut out that part since it was repetitive to the part before hand anyway. Then again its FFR, love repetitive shit unless its a rock song doing it lol. Some of the burst stuff was kinda bleh, those ending rolls into the quad especially. Idk, could have been better, but didnt expect much going into this based off the step artist. lol

Snow [Ca5] - Decent chart, dont like this version of the song though, wish you would have done the other version of the song, the one thats in one of those HSMP's on SM.

If that was the case, how come his files are getting accepted into ODIPack 3? Are you trying to tell me that GLoVE's "standard of quality" are bad? His packs were created years ago and they are still being actively played today. So no, his potential isn't being "wasted". You don't know what you are talking about.
