With no other runners or community backing this game, I have to uncover every trick and strategy myself. It's frustrating to maximize my efficiency without external input, so I thank you for your insight!
At 3:02, the screen will not progress until the wall has slammed shut, so no matter how efficient you jump this section, it is still essentially a waiting game (the reason why I add flair, heh). This is coupled with the fact that you can't wall jump against the moving wall for whatever reason - so your speculation was correct.
There's only two important luck aspects that I've discovered - the Stage 1 boss jump pattern and the Stage 2 crusher pattern -- BOTH which I lucked the flawless pattern together in a row for this run. I do believe you that sub-11 is well within reason, especially as I continue to uncover new tricks.
I'm currently learning routes so I can piece together some solid 100% completion times. WR ahoy!
