                                                    Frame fixes are done to more accurately/mathematically/conveniently represent rhythms. For example, when I did the fixes on Kirlian Shores, I changed all of the jacks to have three frame jacks (rather than two, in a few cases) because it more accurately represents the rhythmic separation. I personally don't have an issue with frame fixing to fix a horribly convenient pattern structure, but I don't like it being done on things that really don't need them (for example, people were mentioning frame fixes on Rarity Attempts 400 Dresses, when it simply isn't necessary).

                                                    Coincidentally, if it seems like a stepartist intended on a note to be separated when it creates a 0-framer (a flam, for example), I have a tendency to separate it as long as it doesn't make things too hectic. In essence, it should be done to make the file a bit more accurately/conveniently playable, and not to just make the file "easier".
