50k rhythmia, SSS'd an expert series (holy lucky. FFI).

Can't stand the spinning arrows in the fast chaos shrine levels though. Mother of god. My scores end up being like all crits with a bunch of random bads because I can't bloody hit them.

Also, I don't think anyone owns this game. Can't streetpass anyone ;(

Unequip everything on all of your characters and you get a 2,000,000 point bonus at the end of the song. Does this have online play? If so, online play sometime?

I've actually nailed an SDG on the battle half of a 96 Dark Note (spinning notes and everything).
I think it was like 5 greats on Battle to the Death (yes, spinning diagonal notes and everything) and -still- couldn't beat the boss...

                Re: Final Fantasy: Theatrhythm

Probably depends a lot on the characters you're using and the items/abilities you have. I've had the same problem, yet done worse with a different setup and managed to kill it.

Just today I realized you can redo songs as much as you want in a series. Lol. There I was thinking the whole time you'd have to restart the series.

Well that makes that easy. SS'ing every series is a joke now, so I'll finish that and should have an SS on every song, and from there I guess I just need to finish unlocking all of the characters. Getting all of the shards takes forever though. I still think I have less than half of the characters unlocked and have nearly 25 hours on this beast.

Online multiplayer would be godly for this game.

Edit: Set some records tonight. Perfect chain on every song on expert, but notable scores:

                SSS Decisive Battle
1 Great Battle at the Big Bridge
                1 Great Battle 2

I'd say the hardest FCs are Battle with the Four Fiends and Let the Battles Begin!

**** both of those. They both have sections that are really hard not to screw up.

Anyway, 65k rhythmia, 34 trophies. There's no way in hell I'm getting all 64.

Dayum you're doing well Reach! I'd not be *too* put off by a lot of the trophies as at the very least there aren't any for SSSing songs. Although levelling up all the characters is going to be a beast (I've only unlocked 2, and I'm 24 hours in). Does anyone know if there's a way of seeing how many of each shard you have? That would be *amazingly* useful!

As for achievements my end, I've got several basic series SSS'd, and one Expert series (FFV!), have SSS'd 4 of the 8 chaos songs I've unlocked, and 2 Ultimate level songs (just got Celes Theme today, god I hate EMS stages). Still not seen Chaos in the chaos shrine yet, but I've just come back from an anime convention where I picked up 44 streetpass hits for this game! Lotsa Dark Notes to explore <3

Oh, and Let The Battles Begin is an asshole to FC. I've SS'd everything in the game apart from the Basic songs (didn't know about stoic bonus when I went through all of those whoops), and that damned song. I actually don't find Battle With The Four Fiends that hard, but I have played it a ton as I love the song ^^

I recently got 10k rhythmia and fought the boss. So I guess in a way I beat the "main story?"

If you go to "change" where you switch out your characters, there are ??? for certain characters. On that, it shows you how many of the shards you have collected for unlocking that character so far.

Forgot to thank you for this! Just hit 95k Rhythmia here, 45 trophies and only sephy left to unlock. Bought 6 of the DLC songs today (we only just got the packs with Ultimecia's Castle theme, Dark City Treno, etc etc here in Europe), and man are some of them hard. Specifically, getting a full critical on the start of Ultimicia's Castle is near impossible D:

Anyways, anybody else still play this? SSS'd most of the basic stuff now (just a couple more series to go through), SSS'd all of those Chaos songs in challenge mode, and a fair few Ultimate scores. Made the mistake of trying to SSS the FFII Ultimate course the other day, and was raging so hard after SSSing the EMS and FMS, and realising the BMS has that stupid fast circular pattern of arrows at the end of the song. Final rank - SSS, SSS, 2g 1miss. dfaksdfaasdfhasnmf.

I'm back in after hitting up Kingdom Hearts for about 60+ hours.
Just hit 99,999 Rhythmia (max) but nowhere near where you're at, wildfire. Missing 4 characters, and only one Expert SSS (well, one of the Chaos songs, but meh). I think I'm also at like 11 or 12 level 99s now.
I do have you supped in one area though: 47 trophies. ;D

(PS. How the heck do you SSS EMS.. those ones just... osngiudngixcnbsdgmsdjbhsfbg)

I've started playing this game during my breaks at work. It's not bad.

                            It makes me wonder, though.
Do you think the rapid tapping has caused anyone to break their touch screen?

Also, does anyone still currently play this game?

                            lol bump
