Site says I'm clean, which is a straight up lie. I don't think IP addresses would be posted in this manner like some kind of bounty board, so I'm gonna have to call fake on this.

The site isn't fake, but they aren't out to get you, only to scare you.

At any rate I only use DDLs so they have nothing on me. You could just use private trackers and they wouldn't be able to know anything you've done.

Part of my job is to deal with people who download this stuff, and monitor their traffic in general. I always laugh when I see stuff like this, partly because I have no need to download and partly because you usually get a good laugh of the stuff people are downloading.
