A lot of these are very long for FFR standards. 4:30 songs are always a hard sell to judges. I'd like to be absolutely sure he's okay with us cutting the songs- or better yet, if he could provide FFR cuts himself that are in the 2:00-ish range.

EDIT- I see what you're saying OWA about Atomic Orbital. Let me see if I can whip up a file for that song real fast to see if it would be fun

Double post for oh shit this is a ton of fun to step, definitely requesting Atomic Orbital.


Here's my WIP, probably a little too dumpy for the FFR judges (the jacks are going to have to go probably, sadfaic) but yeah it's turning out really fun in my opinion...

Too bad it's 8:30, I'd gladly step the whole thing but not sure if FFR is ready for what would basically be a World Tour file but to hardcore music instead. (not K-Complex remix btw)


Lots of good music, still going through it all looking for steppable stuff and stuff that would be steppable with a cut (Nu energy and Freeform hardcore music is all so loooooooooong asdfkjl)

I see no harm in cutting one of his songs, since he and other djs cut them up daily for mixes.
I'm not gonna bother him for FFR cuts, he's a big time producer and he's busy enough as it is haha.

Also, please ask for songs you know for sure are steppable. Acid Synth Bus for example is really repetetive.
I'm not gonna put that on the list, cause even though it's a cool song, it's way too repetetive to make an interesting stepchart out of it.

Keep in mind, if you are familiar with the Nu Energy label, and know a song on there that you want to step, you can put that on your wantlist as well. He is the label owner of nu energy after all, and he might just give permission for it.

Edit: Heavens Touch is licensed under the label Technikal Recordings by the way, so that would be out of kevin's hands.

keep in mind kids, ANYTHING released through the nu energy collective is up for grabs
also, i'm sure that he will allow cutting songs, and a grand majority of freeform tracks are constant bpm so it's not like it would be really hard to chop up stuff on your own
on that note, request anything by a.b and/or douglas because omg
