They can be accumulated. If you look there's a little note at the bottom that says that the prizes shown are just the minimum.

I also have to add that Choofers said he's going to make an OP for all the winners but I wanted to clarify if that meant everyone in 1st place of all divisions (which is what I'm assuming)
