It's definitely not 66 flags. I counted at least 70 in one pic, and the two are at different corners of the block. Look at the top-left building in the second pic. It's the same one from the first pic, but it's not the same set of flags. They're behind the trees in the other pic, and vice versa.

I am willing to make another shot, however, it'll most likely turn out the same way.
Pic was taken in front of the Yugoslavia Tribunal, which is part of the UN. I've looked it up real fast, and it should be 117 flags, tops (judging by the amount of members of the International Criminal Court, and the Security Council of the UN. (not counting the UN flag, or the one from the dutch government. Yes, our government has it's own flag... )

Edit: on a slightly related note, does the clown count?

Oh, well if you're in The Hague, it has to be a UN building. If it is, it'd be all flags of countries in the General Assembly (193).

It definitely is a UN-building. Are you sure it should be the whole general assembly, though? Not complaining about that count, though. Heck, that practically means that these pics are worth more points than two-thirds of a full round of this game.
Looks like I can sit back and relax now.

Also, I'm both in The Hague and in Delft. It helps when you have to travel a lot every day, when it comes to these kinds of contests. More area == More Better, as we put it in Delft. (The student-community over there has invented it's own dialect of Dutch. We're quite proud of it, too, as Delft has the most extensive Student-dialect in our country)

Edit: Does the T-shirt bonus include bonus points in the multiplications?

Well, after some discussion, Kayla and I have agreed that we are going to have to limit your flag and points count. We don't really want to cheat you because we never specified, but quite honestly we think it would be unfair to a lot of contestants and in a way a disservice to yourself to throw out 200 points for one photo. We hope you can understand our reasoning and aren't too upset with us, but we are going to have to limit the points for the photo to 30 points total. We realize it's low for your picture, but we didn't really expect someone to show up with the UN Flag collection on that. We would have limited it to start if we'd have thought about it.

Well, I can agree to limiting it, that's for sure. However... You did respond to a previous post (This one: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...&postcount=238) that there was no limit on the flag count. I understand 200 points on one photo is outrageous, though, and I'm not asking for that much anyway (I don't even believe there are enough flags for that... my personal count halts somewhere at 120 points, tops).

On the other hand, 30 points seem rather low indeed (50 points would have been nice IMHO). Also, I'd advice you to seek out these loopholes beforehand, because I tend to seek them out. It'll save everyone a lot of headaches.

Now, I'd still like answers to my previous questions, namely:
does the clown count?
Does the T-shirt bonus include bonus points in the multiplications?

I'll also add one more:
The cop, can he be in/on the vehicle (driving) or does the car/truck/van/(motor)cycle (Yes, we also have cops on bicycles. We're a weird country ) have to stand still?

Alright, sorry I didn't answer the other questions. We're going to look close at the next rounds to check for loopholes or problems.

Clown counts.
30 limit, but 2x for shirt includes bonus.
Cop can be in the vehicle and doesn't have to pose, but we want to be able to see a cop, not a blur going by. =]
