I try to avoid pretty much every greasy burger joint. I refuse to eat McDonald's, ever (worked there >_>), and might have Wendy's/Burger King once every month or two, but even then that's only because my girlfriend wants to go/friends want to go. I'd probably never go on my own, honestly. Makes me feel fat and unhealthy.

I've heard this thing about McDonald's from several different people. Exactly what is it that makes it so disgusting? Is it what's in the food, or is it something about how clean/dirty they keep the kitchen area? Or what?

Mcdonalds is just gross, in-n-out burger is the absolute worst though. Five guys probably makes the dankest burger there is.

My sisters love taco time me not so much (from oregon) but dude, arctic circle is where it's at. Their fries w/ fry sauce and shakes are godly. The one thing Texas doesn't have and it's pretty much the best of em all.

None of the above, really. It's just, after working there for 5 years, I see the food day in and day out. I have no desire to eat it.

In reality, McDick's isn't any worse than most of the other burger joints (e.g. Wendy's or BK). There isn't anything unusual in the food and how clean the kitchen/food is depends entirely on the staff and not really the restaurant itself.

I pretty much stick to Subway/Potbelly's if I can. I also enjoy the nuggets from Chic-Fil-A and the burrito bowls from Chipotle.

I have no desire to eat at most fast food joints (you can get a much better burger from a restaurant), with the exception of nuggets from McDonalds. The burgers at Five Guys are good but they're just notoriously unhealthy and I can't justify eating there more than once every couple of months.

Whataburger is okay but the burgers there have a bit of charcoal-grit to them, which is okay if you're in the mood for it. In-N-Out is great but again, you can get better burgers elsewhere.

I actively refuse (under any circumstances) to eat at KFC/Popeye's. Ever since watching this documentary that compared fat/grease contents across multiple fast food items, the vials of fat that were associated with KFC/Popeye's made me want to vomit.

British Style Fish & Chips is a local place I like to go to, they make a mean poutine and for $7 you can get a dinner plate sized mountain full of french fries and a slab of fish the size of the actual plate.

When i'm at university, I tend to have Mamma's Pizza and Subway.
