            This is a really terrible game for the Canucks...

            Should've began with Schneider imo. :/ Wow. 5-0 at the end of the 2nd.

            This drought better stop by Game #6 or Vancouver could be in big trouble.

                    I want my Sharks to win THE CUP sometime soon. Holding high hopes only to be dashed. Thornton, you've disappointed me more often than not in the playoffs. No show. Well, one goal tonight..

                        It doesn't matter who steps up in the playoffs with the Sharks, San Jose has too much depth for that to be an issue. Last season, Little Joe (Pavelski) came up big, and this year Clowe's done an outstanding job.

                        We have the big Marleau-Thornton-Heatley line, but there's the underrated 2nd and 3rd lines we have as well, which is what is destroying LA.

                            Yes, this year they have more depth which is a huge plus when the top line barely produces. The top line still seems to be in regular season mode, while the others have stepped it up. The defense can be a little iffy, and clearing the puck out of their own zone is an issue. If they get out of this round, and make the same mistakes against the Hawks or Red Wings, those teams will capitalize on it. And it's definitely tougher to make a comeback from a large deficit against them. Stay disciplined Sharks!

                                San Jose has a great offense, I agree, but I have don't trust Niemi or Nittymaki as a goalie. Neither proved anything (Niemi really isn't the reason Chicago won last year) and I think that this is the biggest problem for the Sharks.

                                    REALLY LATE DAILY RE-CAP:

                                    - PHI/BUF: Oooooh, and Tyler Ennis spoils this one (I got a FANTASTIC text from my friend about that) and we're goig back to Buffalo WITH BUFFALO HOLDING THE SERIES LEAD (again)!

                                    - ANA/NAS: If you get 4 goals, you win. This seems to be the case in this series where the winning team scores 4+ and the losers get 3 (exception being game 1). Nashville continues this back and forth trend and goes into their home building with a 3-2 lead.

                                        I don't fully blame Niemi or Nitty. It's the collapse of the Shark's defense that result in goals. The Chicago defense that Niemi had was solid.

                                        I'm currently watching the Bos vs Mon in overtime and it's crazy.
