I was in a car with one of my friends, (going to a school event) and he was hitting 80/90 mph in residential areas. I was ****ing scared. I don't understand it......

It makes sense when viewed from the standpoint of risk-taking pleasures. The adrenaline rush is something that a lot of people enjoy.

I'm not saying it makes any real sense, though, given that it is a huge risk taken that doesn't need to be taken, while at the same time endangering many others. It's just that some people really think it makes sense due to it giving them a great reaction. I just freak out, normally, and would almost never go over 32 mph in a residential zone.
