if you compare some of the easiest **** in sm its just as hard as the fmos here
This is because FFR has nooooo idea what a hard song is, because the judging process filters out anything you can't full combo. this is because FFR's system is a piece of **** lol

un-called for. You just belittled the thousands of players trying to get better by calling FMO cake. FMO is far from cake to most people. Just because you play SM 23 hours a day doesn't mean it's easy for everyone else.
Not to mention it's pretty pointless to compare two different games. Oh lol GH3 is harder than GH1 ergo GH1 is easy. No.

So anyways i was thinking, what if a single miss didn't stop your combo? Instead, your combo kept going until 2 consecutive misses were made. I think this would provide a more realistic ranking system, and eliminate a lot of mashing.

True, but since SM is more strict, I play 10x better on SM than I do FFR.
SM makes you have to do well, and makes you improve by not allowing you to Mash the **** out of a song and pass it.
If FFR was SM, I would be a lot better at every song in it.
FFR's framerate seems way to laggy.. and its really hard for me to get into the game. I dont know why.
SM, ill play forever and do **** I wouldnt even come close to doing on FFR.
I also agree it should score/grade based purely on amount of Perfects, ignoring combo. IMO, someone who gets mostly Perfects but misses one note mid-song is a lot better than someone who gets a mix of Perfect/Good/Average but full-comboes, yet the second would get the higher score I think, due to the combo system.
I do think it throws a lot of the scores way off because it tends to reward mashing over careful strategic play. But as long as the game is how it is, might as well note the rules and take advantage of them.

In FFR, it isn't. End of story. Instead of looking from your own perspective, look from FFR's perspective.
Regardless of how most people think, FFR is based on a comboing system. And people will adapt to FFR's rules. If mashing gets a higher score than meticulous play, so be it.
FFR is FFR. I'd like FFR to stay FFR.

lol. there is no ranking system that matters on FFR. people dont play the easy songs for average rank. overall is how much you play. AAA count includes easy things. if everyone cared tier points would matter.
No offense whatsoever, but there is a HUGE difference from 13 goods to an AAA. Heck, there is a huge difference from 1 good to an AAA. Lots of people have it from Balloon Fever, being it was the easiest song to get Oni on.
I think only 100 or so should have it. A lot of others probably got someone to do it for them. I remember back in ST month when not even 10 people had it. After 2 months, I was the 18th or 19th to get it (off HELLBEAT).

There is no reason for combo scoring. Missing once on a song should come up with the same score no matter where in the song you got that miss. A full perfect score would still be the highest score with a simple scoring system such as pretotal.
I heard in R3 its going to have 20% combo scoring, which is still incredibly lame. This still means that mashed full comboed scores are greater then 1 miss and 0 goods.
For the three easiest FMO's IMO:
-silence
-none would escape
-300(unless you don't like jax)
